Import History

This page lists every bulk student import run for your school, showing when each was uploaded and completed, the total number of rows, and how many were processed, succeeded and failed.

Reviewing failed rows

If an import had failures, open the import to see its Failed Rows — each row shows the student details and the validation error that caused it to fail (for example, an invalid email or a missing phone number). You can edit a failed row to correct the data, or delete it.

You can also download the original imported file from the list.

Imports run in the background. You are notified in the bell icon at the top-right of the dashboard when an import finishes. See Students › Import for how to start an import.
