Performance Report

The Performance Report ranks students by how reliably and promptly their fees are paid, helping you recognise dependable families and spot those who may need a follow-up.

Filters

• Academic Year — choose which academic year to report on.
• Select Month — optionally narrow to a single month; leave blank for the whole year.

The lists

Two lists are shown, each limited to ten students:

• Top Performers — students with the fewest unpaid invoices and the fastest average payment speed.
• Worst Performers — students with the most unpaid invoices and the slowest average payment speed.

Each entry shows the student's name, registration number, class, average payment speed (the number of days from invoice date to payment), the count of paid invoices and the count of unpaid invoices.
