The Parents App ​

Welcome to the Parents app user guide. The parents app is a complete fee payment, fee tracking, and information platform for parents of students enrolled in schools managed by the platform.

Overview ​

The Parents App allows you to view fee details, track payment history, make direct payments via integrated payment gateways (like Razorpay), view detailed student enrollment information, and access upcoming schedules or school contact details.

Complete Features ​

1. Home Dashboard ​

The home page provides a centralized summary of your linked children and outstanding dues across all schools.

  • Children Overview: View individual student summary cards for all your linked children.
  • Dues & Outstanding Fees: Instantly check the total due balance and the next upcoming due date across your family.
  • School Access: See all registered schools where your children are enrolled.

2. Student Dues ​

Drill down into any child's profile to view their detailed outstanding invoices.

  • Itemized Invoice Breakdown: See individual fee items, their due dates, and individual balances.
  • Direct Payment Options: Select pending invoices and pay directly from the portal.

3. Upcoming Fees ​

Stay ahead of upcoming financial schedules by viewing fees that will fall due in future academic months or terms.

  • Future Scheduled Fees: Filter by child to see fees that are upcoming.
  • Plan Ahead: View the exact amounts that will be charged so you can manage your budget accordingly.

4. Payment History & Receipts ​

View a complete, permanent audit trail of all previous payments made through your parent account.

  • Payment Logs: Access all confirmed and successful payments along with payment timestamps.
  • Receipt Downloads & Summaries: View individual payment success pages summarizing exactly which fee items were covered by each receipt.
  • Cumulative Summary: View total amounts paid across different months or terms for quick reference.

5. Profile Management ​

Access and manage your registered parent user profile.

  • Account Details: Review the exact name, phone number, and email address linked to your school profile.
  • Security & Logout: Securely end your active session via the logout action.

Getting Started ​

To get started, access the parents portal via the login link on the platform's homepage or directly go to the Parents Portal. You can use your active phone number to log in and receive notifications.
